Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Unnma LLC (“Unnma,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the Drishti app. By downloading or using Drishti, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Drishti is

Drishti generates personalized astrology readings (Vedic and Western) and tarot readings using artificial intelligence, based on the birth information you provide and the questions you ask.

Drishti’s readings are provided for personal reflection and entertainment only. They are not professional advice of any kind. Drishti does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and its readings are not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional. Do not make important decisions based solely on a reading. If you have a medical, psychological, legal, or financial concern, consult an appropriate licensed professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. Readings are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent; you should not rely on them as statements of fact.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Drishti. If you are under 18, you may use the app only with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Your account

You sign in using Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete account).

Subscriptions, purchases, and auto-renewal

Drishti offers two auto-renewing monthly subscriptions — Drishti Lite (US$9.00 per month) and Drishti Pro (US$19.00 per month) — and a one-time reading credit (US$2.99). A limited free tier is also available. Prices are in U.S. dollars; prices in other regions are shown in the app and may vary.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Payment is charged to that account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; canceling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.

The one-time reading credit is a consumable purchase that is used up when you redeem it and is non-refundable once used. We may change subscription prices or features going forward; we will give notice as required and any price change applies only to future billing periods. Refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective policies, not by Unnma.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app: do not use it for unlawful purposes, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, interfere with its operation, scrape or harvest data, or reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service except as permitted by law.

Intellectual property and your content

The Drishti app, its design, and its underlying content are owned by Unnma and protected by intellectual-property laws. The questions and inputs you provide remain yours; you grant us the limited license needed to process them and operate the service for you. The readings generated for you are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimers

The app and all readings are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that readings will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unnma and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the app or its readings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US$50.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Unnma harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the app or your violation of these Terms or of applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using Drishti and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes will be reflected in the app. Your continued use of Drishti after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us to try to resolve the matter informally.

Apple App Store and Google Play

If you obtained Drishti through the Apple App Store or Google Play, these Terms are between you and Unnma, not with Apple or Google, and that store is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
